A Sparrow Alone

by Alicia Peterson

Review  |   Author Bio  |  Read an Excerpt

Alicia Petersen is a wonderfully gifted author writing to teens in Sparrow Alone. The title is beautifully chosen for this equally beautiful, captivating story in an intriguing setting.

How many of us think about the thieves that hung on the cross with Jesus? Ms. Peterson writes this tale from the viewpoint of a sister of one of the thieves. She combines fiction with an event from the time of Jesus to produce a strong biblical message for all ages. I recommend this excellent book to teens as well as adults, and look forward to more books by the talented Alicia Peterson. Tammy Hornbeck, Christian Book
