Robert Upton's Bio:
Robert Upton is Senior Consultant with Upton Consulting, an organizational management consulting firm that provides a wide range of services to corporate and nonprofit organizations.

Upton Consulting is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is managed and staffed by partners, Robert Upton, Jr. and Sandra Upton, both of whom have a combined 15 years of experience in assisting organizations in improving how they function and more importantly, how they manage and lead their people resources.

Robert is also a gifted public speaker, special event organizer, community leader and evangelist. He has devoted a great deal of his life to addressing the issues of race and inequality. Robert and his wife Sandra & their two children Alexis & Devin reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They presently attend Grand Rapids First Assembly of God Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
