Ramsey Coutta's Bio:
RAMSEY COUTTA and his wife lived through the destruction of Hurricane Katrina in Sweetwater, Mississippi. As a US Army Chaplain, he was deployed to the Mississippi Gulf Coast to assist in the recovery. He and his wife Jenny met in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana where they resided for several years. He still frequently enjoys visiting family there and going shrimping and fishing out of Port Sulphur. He received his Doctorate of Philosophy and Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He previously published Divine Institutions: The Nature of Denominational Growth and Decline in America. He and his wife and son live near Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
