Martha Peace & John Crotts's Bio:
Martha was born, raised, and educated in and around the Atlanta area. She graduated with honors from both the Grady Memorial Hospital School of Nursing 3 year diploma program and the Georgia State University 4 year degree program. She has thirteen years work experience as a Registered Nurse, specializing in pediatric burns, intensive care, and coronary care. She became a Christian in June, 1979. Two years later, Martha ended her nursing career and began focusing her attention on her family and a ladies' Bible study class. For five years she taught verse-by-verse book studies. Then she received training and certification from the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors. N.A.N.C. was started by Dr. Jay Adams for the purpose of training and certifying the training of men and women as biblical counselors.
John Crotts, Martha's pastor at Faith Bible Church in Sharpsburg, GA, graduated from Liberty University (B.S. Pastoral Ministry) and The Master's Seminary (M.Div.). John's responsibilities include preaching, training, and discipleship-counseling. He also serves on the board of the Fellowship of Independent Reformed Evangelicals. John's books include: Mighty Men: The Starter's Guide to Leading Your Family; Craftsmen: Christ Centered Proverbs for Men; and Tying the Knot Tighter: Because Marriage Lasts for a Lifetime. John and his wife, Lynn, have four children.
