Benita Long is a life-long resident of Augusta, Georgia. She graduated from Randolph-Macon Woman's College and did graduate studies at the University of South Carolina. She works as an independent research assistant.

Sammy Anderson is a commercial photographer whose company is located in North Augusta, South Carolina. He graduated from the University of South Carolina and is a member of the Professional Photographers Association of America (PPA).
