Danny Holland's Bio:
Danny Holland has studied youth culture professionally for nearly two decades, traveling across the nation and world, talking to thousands of teenagers and training those who work with them. He has spoken to nearly one million people, including giving keynote and seminar addresses at American Christian School’s International seminars and Youth Specialties conferences and many other professional seminars. His first book, Reaching Teens in Their Natural Habitat (WaterBrook), released in 2006. His love for teenagers has motivated him to devote his life to impacting and connecting with them as well as teaching other caring adults how to do the same. His passion is to help teens avoid painful regrets and make good choices.
As a certified instructor for law enforcement officers in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Danny has conducted his presentations on youth culture, media influence, teen violence, and drug use to thousands of law enforcement officers. His programs have been adopted by some of the nation’s top law enforcement training organizations. He trains school police and security officers across the nation, as well as many school counselors and administrators. His presentations have been endorsed by professionals from diversified backgrounds, including members of Congress, school administrators, and even the president of a national parenting group.
Formerly an associate pastor at New Hope Christian Fellowship in Hawaii—one of the 25 most influential churches in America according to a 2005 survey—and the former executive director of True Lies and founder of Parent and Teen Universities Inc., Danny is now an internationally sought after speaker and author based in Virginia.
