Dr. Shay Roop's Bio:
Dr. Shay Roop has been in the medical field for ever thirty years, first as a therapist in a sexual abuse clinic and then as a general psychotherapist counselor specializing in sexual therapy. Dr. Shay and her husband, Dr. Bob Roop, own their own professional counseling clinic. Dr. Shay is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College and Nova Southeastern College in counseling psychology. Roop received her Doctor of Education degree from the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in California. Dr. Shay has given numerous marriage and sexuality seminars in churches as well as being a lecturer on Sexuality and Cancer for area hospitals. She is an active member and seminar leader in the Grace Christian Fellowship church in Largo, Florida.
