Richard D. Phillips's Bio:
Richard D. Phillips is senior minister of First Presbyterian Church of Coral Springs/Margate, Florida. He is also Speaker-at-Large for the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals and director of the Philadelphia Conference on Reformation Theology. An officer in the United States Army for thirteen years, he commanded various tank and armored cavalry units and served as assistant professor of leadership at West Point before resigning with the rank of major. He holds degrees from the University of Michigan, the Wharton School of Business and Westminster Theological Seminary. Reverend Phillips is the author of The Heart of an Executive, Mighty to Save, Encounters with Jesus, Faith Victorious, and The Biblical Pattern of Reformation (Crossway, 2002). He lives in South Florida with his wife, Sharon, and four children.
