Award-winning writer and real-estate broker Nikki Arana found inspiration for her first novel, The Winds of Sonoma, in her own love story with her husband, Antonio. The couple have been married twenty-eight years and are the parents of two grown sons. Nikki and her husband live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
