Mike MacIntosh's Bio:
For the past 26 years, Mike has been the pastor of Horizon Christian Fellowship in San Diego, California, the founder of and president of Horizon International Ministries, and he is also the president of the National Youth Crisis Hotline. As chaplain for the San Diego Police Department and the San Diego Sheriff's Office, Mike ministers to law enforcement and emergency services personnel.
