David C. Gibbs with Bob Demoss's Bio:
In 2003, Bob and Mary Schindler approached David Gibbs, asking him for help in fighting for their daughter’s life. Stepping out in faith, David took the case pro bono, and thus began both a legal and personal journey that would ignite America.

When explaining why he chose to write this book, he says: “After Terri died, Bob and Mary asked me to tell what really happened—specifically the tragedy of this landmark case—so that many others would be spared a similar fate.”

David Gibbs defends the rights of churches and Christians nationwide through Gibbs Law Firm and the Christian Law Association. He’s a graduate of Liberty University and received his law degree from Duke University. His radio program, The Legal Alert, is heard on more than 1,000 stations daily, and he is a frequent spokesperson on major news and talk shows, including Larry King Live, Fox & Friends, Hannity & Colmes, The Michael Reagan Show, and Face the Nation.

David will be traveling to 29 churches throughout the country from August 2006 through January 2007 as part of Christian Law Association seminars. He will be educating pastors and ministry staff about tax concerns of the elderly and disabled and cover end-of-life issues.

David, his wife, and their children make their home near Tampa, Florida.
