Kat Jaske's Bio:
Kat Jaske won the first place prize in a national poetry contest and won the Upper Arlington High School top-five senior thesis award for her book. She earned certificates from Jean Paul Valéry University in France, has a Master of Education, speaks fluent French, and teaches English and French in Las Vegas. Jaske enjoys fencing, singing, and playing piano and is an avid runner who helped her high school cross-country team win the Ohio state championship. Furthermore, Jaske sang in the Wake Forest University Gospel Choir when she was in college, and she is currently an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Las Vegas, where she teaches gospel principles and plays piano for the church choir. Of additional interest, her grandfather was a Dixon High School friend of Ronald Reagan, and you can see 23 pages from the 1928 high school yearbook on her web site.
