A woman of vision, Michelle's testimony is a powerful example of how God orchestrates our lives. As Founder and Editor-in-Chief of SHINE Magazine, her blend of experience in both ministry and business has allowed her to utilize every facet of her dynamic personality. Having spent years in the fashion industry working in commercials and print photography, founder and host of her own radio program, "The Mom Connection" as well as her strong involvement with MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers), this versatile mother of four could not be more in touch with women and their needs.
In addition to her role with SHINE Magazine, Michelle is a business and creative consultant for several world-wide organizations and is the Founder and President of Christian Women in Media and Arts. Michelle lives with her family in Tennessee.
Connie Wetzell an award-winning radio personality, voice-over artist, author, and speaker. Published works and collaborations include The Healing Word of God (Nelson Bibles), Women at the Well with LIFE Outreach International, God's Survival Guide and God's Survival Guide for Women (Elm Hill Books/J.Countryman).
In addition to speaking at various women's conferences and counseling groups, Connie has also produced "Devotionals for Women on the Go," an audio devotional for Women of Faith.
Connie's desire is for you to know that whatever difficult circumstances you face, you are not alone and that there is hope, healing, and restoration for your life through the promises found in the precious Word of God. Connie, the proud mother of two grown daughters, is originally from Chicago and now resides in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Rosalind Spinks-Seay is a modern-day super hero as she juggles single parent-hood, full time work and graduate school. This gifted lady is an example to all women on how God can take your pain and experience and use it for your good and for His Glory.
A veteran of the mental health field for 10 years, Rosalind is now pursuing her Masters Degree in Professional Counseling to further prepare her to minister to individuals in need. When she isn't hanging out with her son, she is leading the Divorce Care Support Care group at her church in Nashville, Tennessee.
Carla Sue Nelson worked in the Christian publishing industry, and garnered national and international media exposure for some of the world's most popular Christian authors and ministry leaders including Max Lucado, John MacArthur, Beth Moore, Sheila Walsh, Luci Swindoll, Patsy Clairmont, Henry Blackaby, Chuck Swindoll, TD Jakes and Paula White to name just a few. It was through her work with Connie Wetzell on The Healing Word of God and a PR pitch to Michelle Borquez of Shine Magazine that brought Carla into the picture for Live, Laugh Love Again.
Carla speaks to women's groups and church organizations sharing her amazing testimony of how she survived divorce, overcame depression and the daily adventures of co-parenting, single parenting and life after divorce. When she isn't toting all of that baggage, she handles marketing for the world's finest luggage, business cases and personal leather goods at Hartmann, Inc. In addition to writing, Carla enjoys anything to do with horses, NFL and College Football and does NOT enjoy shopping. Her laughter is contagious and so is her love for the Lord. A former Georgia peach, Carla now resides in Hendersonville, Tennessee, with her three beautiful children and Honey Girl, the cat.
